藝術家在街頭收集這些食物影像，並為每一則影各自寫下一則故事，那是藝術家從這個食物集中的角落，去推想發生在巴黎的故事。影像之外，藝術家在拍攝的當下，同時看見更多周遭環境的人事物，還有與人的互動，而這些影像之外發生的事情，都描述在文件裡面。對於這些垃圾的觀察，藝術家在攝影中刻意的不直接拍攝人物，讓觀眾從這個角度去想像周遭發生的故事，有許多不間斷結構的事件不停發生，而這些持續的時間濃縮在影像中。
